Today I'm going to show you how to change your factory map and dome lights to a new intense white LED. Instead of these stock yellow factory bulbs, the only tools you're going to need is a pry tool thing. I'm personally going to use some needle nose pliers and a hold microfiber towel to assist take out the ball due to the fact that it's going to be hot. So if you type of wrap it in this, it's going to sort of aid it to protect it from like shattering just don't squeeze too difficult. Let's get to it.
What you're going to wish to do first is take your pry tool and also switch off the lights due to the fact that they're going to be hot. Go to the front of the lens and then just pull it down, now I'm going to do is to take my needle noses and a microfiber towel take out these factory bulbs. Take your new 912 LED bulbs, put the new lights in, then what I always like to check to make sure they work before I put on the lens. Due to the fact that if one does not work and i have the lens on I'm going to take it back off and do it once again. It's truly brilliant outside so there's no but it's really white just put this cover back on, there you go that's it, let's move on to the back.
Now that we're at the back, let's go ahead and start this install. You will see the light and turn it off, it's essentially like the front, simply a little bit different to take your pry tool go to the front of the light. Pull it down as you see the entire piece in fact came off if you go to the front or the back of it, there are two little points back. It's truly simple pry it off real quick with your finger.
And then much like the front, you simply put pull it towards and the old one comes off or that the lens comes off. You get your microfiber towel on your needle noses just because that ball may still be hot pull the bulb out.
